CC's Biggest Loser Challenge Week 15

Hi everyone welcome to week 15.

New people are still welcome. Here are the rules/guidelines of the challenge.
Biggest Loser Challenge "Rules"
-everyone weighs in each week on the same day

Just like on the show
-each week the person with the highest percentage of weight loss since the last week will be our weekly Biggest Loser
-at the finale the person who has the highest percentage of weight loss since their starting weight will be Biggest Loser

  • I know Easter got to a lot of us. Just don't give up and keep moving forward. Log your food and exercise and the scale will move again. Congrats augustbells, this week's winner with a .81% loss.

    I am up this week. No wonder since I have been doing nothing but eating. I guess the cruise has had an adverse affect on me...
    I am back and will be logging in etc...
    I have lost the battle, but not the war!

    Starting Weight - Dec 1 - 215
    Current Weight - April 14 - 197

    1st mini Goal Weight -April 30 - 190
    2nd mini Goal Weight - May 31 - 180

    Final Goal Weight - Dec 11 - 125

    Yes I know my goals seem a little out of wack. I just shoot for them and i do not get discouraged if i do not make them. I adjust my goals at the end of each month.

    ARG! I finally lost the weight that I haven't been losing for the previous 3 weeks.

    Last week: 169.8 lbs.
    This week: 165.2 lbs.

    TOTAL LOST THIS WEEK: 4.6 pounds

    WOOHOO! :happy:

    I had to step on the scale twice to make sure I wasn't imaging things.
  • Its been a great week and I'm down 2lbs...( the two I gained over easter),,,, So I'm back on track not where I want to be, but i can live with that:bigsmile:

    CW 145.2

    Maybe this week I'll finally brake past that that horrad 145... if I continue to be good.

  • Gained .6. Last week was my birthday and I ate lots of cake and not so healthy foods. That puts me at 128.6. I am pretty much at the weight where the number on the scale isn't too important anymore. However I am not done yet. I am not as toned as I'd like to be.

    Keep up the good work everyone. The scale doesn't always reflect effort.

  • Familes_R_Forev you are welcome to join us. Most people weigh in on Tuesday when the show comes on but you can choose whatever day you want.

    SW - Dec 1 - 215
    CW - April 17 - 194.5
    Loss - 20.5 lbs.

    Yeah Me.

    Goal - 190 lbs by April 30th. Good Possibility
  • I have created a new thread that will be our thread throught the rest of the show. Now that there isn't so many of us we can stick to one thread through the finally. I will post everyone's numbers later including how far you've come since the start. I am so proud of all of you for sticking to this. Keep it up.
