I have been on MFP since January. I have lost 21 lbs to date. My problem -- I have been fluctuating between 169-172 for almost 3 months now. I run and lift weights 6 days a week. I do kick boxing twice a week. I have been so frustrated - that I don't even care what I eat. Is there anything I can do to get over this stupid plateau -- my ideal weight is like 135 lbs so I know i have quite a bit more to lose! Any suggestions would be most helpful!!

Keep at it! I just broke my 3 month long plateau today! Just keep at it and it will budge. You can do it.0

I just had a bit of that myself, the scale has finally started to move again (knock on wood). I would see if maybe you can tweak your diet a bit just to shake things up for your body. Maybe try a different type of exercise. Patience is key!0
