Flexing muscles
Sometimes after a workout I will flex my muscles and it feels great! I can feel the testosterone flowing after all is said & done. I have done a "flexing" workout pumping up my muscles. Anyone do this at all?

I just discovered intense muscle contractions make a huge difference while lifting the weight. I never knew this. I always just lifted until the muscle failed. What an awesome workout this is! My muscles are pretty exhausted too I used less weight than previous but I can feel the difference!
