"The Body Fat Solution"- An Excellent Read

I am not selling or in any way promoting this book, but this book has changed my mind about food and is changing my body. This book came out in 2006 and was a national bestseller. It is written by Tom Venuto (also the author of the popular book " Burn The Fat & Feed The Muscle") Tom is a former natural bodybuilder who was able to get himself to 2.6 bodyfat while maintaining his muscle. This is not a book about what to eat and what not to eat. It is a simple straightforward scientific approach to controlling your food intake. The book talks about reprogramming your mind for success including overcoming emotional eating. This is not just for bodybuilders and not just for the guys. This book is also available in an e-book! :glasses: I want people to know about it because for the first time I have control over what & how much I eat. The book has changed my life.
