Four Years on MFP
4 year anniversary on MFP today. 164 lbs lost. Definitely some ups and downs in this journey but I continue to stay strong in maintaining this lifestyle remake. For me it's definitely hard at times. Hard to know I can never be casual about what I eat or all the accomplishments I made could easily just disappear. Having…

For the first time in my life I feel I can sustain this weight loss. I still have more to loose but I feel like this is something I…

Hello
So I have been using MyFitnessPal for almost a year now and in that time I have lost 131lbs. I really feel for the first time in my adult life that I can get to a healthy weight. Usually by this time I am getting bored with whatever I am doing and the weight starts to creep back on. But with logging my food and exercise…
