So I have been using MyFitnessPal for almost a year now and in that time I have lost 131lbs. I really feel for the first time in my adult life that I can get to a healthy weight. Usually by this time I am getting bored with whatever I am doing and the weight starts to creep back on. But with logging my food and exercise everyday it has made the biggest difference and I just want to keep going.
