Healthy snacks to bring to school?
I'm a college student and sadly most of the food at our canteen isn't the ideal type of food I want to eat especially since I wanna lose weight. Any ideas on what snacks or food I can bring to my school for lunch break? :glasses:

Food Supplement?
I'm taking food supplement capsules. I'm suppose to take 2 capsules an hour before eating a meal. That's 1000mg and it says in the box that I'm suppose to take at most 6 capsules a day but I don't want to. Is taking food supplements okay?
