Peer Pressure and Stress

I don't know if I'm the only one going through this but I know there must be more. I'm a 2nd year college student and trying to catch up to the stress of studying and maintaining my grades. Yet with all the stress I encounter I try to calm my nerves by eating my comfort food. Milk Tea, cookies, pasta, pink lemonade juice, taco's, chicken curry with rice and chocolate bars. Dealing with stress hasn't been this fattening till now. Just to add to the stress, the peer pressure I get from school from other girls who can eat as much as they want but don't gain weight. I guess I envy them.
I'm living in a country where thin people reign in society and curvy people like me, need to fit in.
I just want to feel more comfortable with my own skin and walk around campus feeling better than ever.
