Early risers: need some help
Ugh...I have to get better at this. Early morning runs have been hit or miss because I can't drag myself out of bed everyday at 5 am. It's not for a real lack of sleep, because I'm going to bed generally at 10 pm every night. Any suggestions?

First actual pants NSV
The first order of business for me this weekend will be to buy some new pants and jeans. My current pairs (36x32) are finally at the point where I fold so much of the waist over that it looks ridiculous. I will finally be out of them for the first time since my freshman year of high school (11 years ago)!

What's the obsession with almond milk?
I drink skim, so it's fat free and I don't think twice about it. Not to mention that I've never had to pay more than $3 a gallon for it. Are the benefits really worth more than double the price?

Lombard checking in...I would love to run with more than just myself. My girlfriend's dad runs with a group, but they are way up near the Wisconsin border, so it's not worth the one-hour drive each way to do that. Any locals interested in getting together for a run?

How important is water?
I'm not at all trying to devalue water, and I'm always trying to get my daily 8 cups, but I would view missing my macros for the day in worse light that missing my water intake for the day. MFPers, your thoughts?

NSV of the day (9/25/12)
Only been on my fitness program a little over a week and here's my first NSV: went to scratch my arm, and noticed more muscle definition on my biceps. What's your NSV of the day?
