How often to review Calorie numbers, tdee etc...
I have successfully been losing weight for the last year, eating around 1750cals a day. Hitting a slight plateau, not a complete standstill, but feel like it is getting harder and slower to lose the weight. Change from pavement to treadmill
Needing lots of exercise advice tonight!! I am going on holiday in a weeks time for a fortnight, and I don't want to miss out on any runs, however it is going to be far too hot for me to run on the pavement as I usually do, I was thinking of just using the gym and the treadmill, but I haven't ever run on a treadmill before…

Recovery week?
Just ran my furthest distance yet, 8.7K, previously the app I use has recommended a recovery week after doing a particularly longer run, I did find it difficult, and don't want to cause an injury. Should I rest for a week? If I do run next week, it won't be until wednesday anyway.

Eat back exercise calories....... or not?
Hi, thanks to helloitsdans post re: BMR, TDEE etc.... I have upped my calories, and still lost weight this week, so thanks for that, I am just not clear whether or not I can eat back my exercise calories. I thought not as they are calculated as part of the TDEE, but I just wanted to check, not sure I actually could eat…
