Dropping below 1200 calories/day?
I am 49 years old 5'4" and weigh 128 lbs. My calories have been set at 1200 since I started tracking here a few months ago. I did great in the beginning but my loss has tapered off. Resistance Bands workouts...suggestions?
My awesome son-in-law got me a set of resistance bands for Christmas, he knows I want to work on toning and strengthening. I have handles, an ankle strap and a door anchor. Do any of you have any suggestions for a great workout for me to start with?

Stalled out....help!

I am not hungry!
Just an observation. I have been eaating differentlly and tracking here for about a month now. I just am amazed that I am NOT hungrier. I am eating my recommended weight loss goal calories.
