Why am I still fat?
I started this attempt at losing weight on 01/01/2012 and weighed 206. I, as of 02/03/2012 was down to 200.2 and yesterday and today am weighing in at 202.6. Is it a good, or bad, idea to eat the calories I exercised in a day? I am so confused on this topic. My goal is 1300 calories a day but say, for instance tonight, I burn 600 calories doing an aerobics class at the gym should I actually eat 1900 calories??? What will happen if I don't eat them? Pretty Upset
In the last 4 days, even though I have been doing really well with my calories and exercise, I gained 1.4 pounds and proceeded to stress eat my way through this morning because of it. That was a lot of work for a pretty big fail.

The "number" seems off.
I have lost 2.6 pounds on my diet of a week and a half thus far, but I really feel like its more.
