"GET IT TOGETHER" I mean. (Geeze Lousie, proof read one in a while Miranda, you have a BA in English for loves sake)

Truth time: I have been on MFP for over a year.

In that year Ive recorded at least 2/3 of those days.
Joined a gym
Started and continued Zumba
Lost 20 lbs
Gained 13 lbs
lost a total of: 7lbs.

That, considering my BMI is 30, and im 43lbs heavier than I was before I became pregnant with my son, is a relatively sad state of affairs.

I am active, despite my desk job, I have two small children, and like I said, try to make time for activites outside of the house.

I EAT TO MUCH. I EAT WAY TO MUCH. I CANT STOP EATING. I LOVE FOOD.

I need to get it under control, however, and today I am just truly disgusted with myself.

I am am successful at short term fad diets. I am successful at gaining weight back once I lose it.

I am unsuccessful at the long term, and ridding myself of my cravings for sugar and flour.

Please help, any advice is welcome.
