Slowly Getting There *my progress so far*
im feeling a bit brave today so i thought i would post my progress so far ok here i go, this is me at my heaviest i think i was between 178-182 in these pics this is me now 137 ish I still have a bit more work to do but im slowly getting to where i want to be.

well day two today , how did you all get on? my abs are sore , but im happy about that cause it means its working...i am already getting to know what exercise is next! i think the first 5 mins are the hardest (push ups and lunges with chest press part)
