Yeah, me too. It's the *best* place in the gym to dance your azz off! lol.
And jumping jacks and assorted gymnastics are also encouraged.0 -

I find I get the best burn from the elliptical, followed by the bike, and then the treadmill.0

I use the elliptical and sometimes the rowing machine. I love to run but can't stand the treadmill... it's not the same stride and it drives me nuts.0

I'm a big fan of the adaptive motion trainer. It's like a mix of a stair climber and an elliptical. I like it because you can use it either way and you can go forward or backwards with any stopping/jerking motion. The first time I tried using it, I couldn't do it for more than a few seconds. Then I made it all the way up to doing it for 60 minutes non stop!0

I think treadmill is right up there, but I personally prefer the elliptical.0

I have a treadmill & use that...I loved the ellipitical & haven't used one since I was in highschool, but that was my favorite machine to use in the weight room0

Dislike the treadmill but when there's no guides to run with you..I'll have a run on the treadmill and then use the rower, I'd love to have a Speedstroke available to me more than just in the summer but...I don't have the money for it and it does take up some space so the Concept2 will have to do...0

my husband, he knows how to elevate my heart rate.0

The rowing machines at my gym have a little fish video game and you have to row at different speeds at different intervals to keep your fish from getting eaten and to feed it. So... that.0

Precor elliptical. Others feel too dang weird.0

Treadmill, step machine and mountain climber in that order.0

Hate them all. Dreadmills, ellipticals, etc etc. Only one I can stand is a the exercise bike and it's a specific one. I think it's called an Expresso bike. It has a small lcd screen and it feels like a video game. Create an account, login, pick a course and go. You are able to steer in the direction you wanna go, the terrain and things like hills affects the resistance of the pedals, you can swap gears on the fly. There's even a mini game where your little guy sits in a flying bicycle thing and you chase flying dragons. The faster you pedal, the higher in the air you get. It records your times and you can try to beat others. They even have the option to race against a friend on another bike.0

My front door. I go outside and run. I'd rather run in cold, heat, wind, rain or snow than run on a treadmill.:grumble:0

I'd rather lift weights... but I do like to jump rope for cardio0

The elliptical machine (love it) and the rowing machine (despise it).
The bike is good too, but you have to really go for it if you want to get results from it. (That's vigorous pace, in MFP terms).0 -
I don't like any of them. They all bore me to death.0
