Help! I'm addicted to my scale
I have been counting calories for a week and have lost 5.5 lbs. I KNOW I won't continue to lose so fast but I can't seem to stay off the scale! I know I will be dissapointed if I have an increase in weight due to a bad day or water weight, but I can't stop weighing myself. Anyone else with this problem or any suggestions?

Is weight loss 80% diet and 20% exercise?
My doctor told me that losing weight is 80% what you eat and just 20% excercise. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
