Hi, I'm back! I lost 15 pounds last year to have a total knee replacement. After that, I gained it all back and then some! I abandoned my health, my goals, my body, and myself. But I am determined to lose weight and feel better. After some health scares, I know I can't continue the way I have been ( I would sometimes eat ice cream every day!:noway: )
I started today and my goal is to continue for the rest of my life not just short term. I feel so good after feeding my body clean, nutrient dense food.
Please support me!

Welcome Krissy! Injuries are the worst and with something as intense as you went through I can understand how the weight could come back. Recovering from a total knee replacement has to have been a long journey. Good for you for jumping back in and being ready to take the weight off! Please feel free to add me to your friends list if you would like to.0
