Losing Weight but Gaining FAT!
Hi guys, I am losing weight, exercising and trying to stay in my calorie range but when I did my weigh in this weekend I lost two pounds :) but gained 2% on my fat. Can anyone tell me why this would be?

Healthy Snacks
Hey guys, So doing a week of MFP and I love it. I've noticed that my snack is always higher than the rest of my sections and I want to try and improve that. What do you guys eat for snacks after school/work that is low in calories, yummy and healthy for you?

Getting Discouraged!
Hey guys, I'm new to MyFitness and this week I have started working out and everything. I go over my calorie count but then a exercise those excessive calories off!!! And I exercise a lot!!!
