Monthly Goals

Hey guys! It's October in less than a week and I decided that I want to make monthly goals and at the end of the month see if I've accomplished my goals.
1. Workout at least 5 times a week
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Get out of the 180's (I weight 182 now)
4. Do 20 crunches without getting tired :blushing:
5. Walk on treadmill going 4.0 on an incline of 9 for 60 minutes without getting tired
What are your goals? Who knows, maybe some of your goals may inspire us to add it to our lists as well :bigsmile:

Your goals are good because they are very concrete, and seem like you will be able to reach them.
My goal is to weigh 199 by the end of the year (I'm a 5 11 man). I was 250 in Sep 2011, and I'm 213 now.0 -
It'd be nice to see that 190 goal at the end of oct! 5.8 lbs to go...might be able to get it, then maybe go down a little more before my birthday in the middle of December, but I'm actually pretty happy right here at 195 as well, so if not its no big deal
Also for the person above me: you can do it man!!!! I started at 286 at 6'1. It has taken a long time but as long as you never give up it doesn't matter how long it takes! Best of luck to you0
