Hi guys,
I am losing weight, exercising and trying to stay in my calorie range but when I did my weigh in this weekend I lost two pounds but gained 2% on my fat. Can anyone tell me why this would be?

Are you getting your fat% from a scale? I hear they are very unreliable. How are your measurements doing, they will tell you more than the scale.0

If your calories are too low, the scale weight you could be losing is muscle - if this is the case you can be gaining even though you are losing scale weight. How many calories per day are you averaging?0

losing lean body mass and muscle probably. eat more food, eat more protein and lift heavy weight. that should be enough to make sure you maintain as much of your lean body mass as possible while you lose fat.
also the amount of water you retain can have an effect on those scales0 -
Doubtful. Even if you not working out you would lose fat and muscle in equal increments.
I question your BF% measuring methodology0
