How do I start lifting weights? Tell me how you started.
Hi everyone! So, I've been stuck doing cardio for some time and really want to start lifting weights. I don't know where to begin! I bought New Rules of Lifting for Women and didn't like it. How did you start? Personal Trainer? Book? Website? Video? Set Program? Any advice or sources would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a hard time eating properly and working out on the weekends. What has helped you stay on track? Any tips are welcome (Except for "just suck it up and do it") :happy:

I've NEVER seen Snow! Where should I vacation?
Hi Everyone! I am from Miami and have been researching like a mad woman. I don't know where to begin! What I'm really looking for is a week long cabin rental where I can sit by a fireplace and enjoy the snow. Maybe try skiing. Any suggestions? I don't know how to narrow it down.

Where to Vacation in Colorado?

How Many Calories should I be eating? 135lbs "5.2"
Hi everyone, So I keep calculating my TDEE, BMR, reducing 20-25% blah, blah, blah but am not really sure how much I should be eating. I am going to spinning classes 2 times a week and run 3 days a week. Each for about an hour long. Meaning I work out between 4-5 days a week and my Polar HRM says I burn between 350-450…
