The New Me.
After losing about 40 lbs, I've officially reached my goal weight. I guess I'm actually still losing but I'm going to start doing my best to maintain. Here's a side by side of the old me and the new me: I had to be at least 200 lbs in the before, 146 now.

Consistently Way Under My 1,200 Calorie Goal

I can't figure out the nutritional value in my mother's seemingly foolproof chicken chili recipe. Which is simply chicken breasts, cubed, diced tomatoes, and a packet of chicken chili seasoning.
