White Chicken Chili?

I can't figure out the nutritional value in my mother's seemingly foolproof chicken chili recipe. Which is simply chicken breasts, cubed, diced tomatoes, and a packet of chicken chili seasoning. Hold the beans because, even though they're super nutritious, they're gross.
Anyone have any idea on the calorie count on a cup of something like that? I tried searching but some say 150 calories for a cup, others 230 - 250, and some even as high as 430. Just confused.

Create a recipe for them using exactly what you put in it. I save almost everything I make that way so I don't have to guess!0

Yea, I just tried that. According to MY calculations, it's only 122 calories per serving. That seems a little impossible, but I guess I'll just count it as 200 calories and call it a day.0
