NROLFW veterans stop here

I am currently eating at about 20% below tdee (assuming 3-5 workouts a week) every day. I'm not the most tech savvy person out there and I haven't really used youtube much so I need some help on how the 30ds works. I found different levels on youtube so when I start do I use the same level 1 video everyday for 30 days and then move on to level 2 and so on? Thanks in advance!

Two Victorys Today!
I started about 2 months ago and today I am wearing jeans that I haven't fit into since before I got pregnant with my son who is 14 months old. They are still a bit snug but I couldn't even get them up before. I also weigh less than my husband for the first time in years. Yay for MFP!
