I tweeked my shoulder the other day and I still want to work out today so I am trying to put together a circuit that I can do in my living room that doesn't involve my shoulder/arm. I usually do the 30ds so I am looking for a similar pace. I think I've got the cardio and abs down but I am looking for strength training suggestions. Any input is appreciated. TIA.
