upping calories

If you want to up your calories to slow down weight loss, should you do it all at once or gradually? I want to add about 150-200 calories a day.

    you can just add the 150-200 cals per day... that isnt a huge amount so you dont need to add it gradually.

    I'd do it gradually, up by 100 and see how the weight changes, if you lose maybe up by and extra 50 and just keep trying. this way is usually suggested when trying to find out your maintenence cals...we all know how much the scale can vary though depending on different factors!
