low testosterone
I feel like I've been treading water just keeping my weight the same and I was just tested and found to have low testosterone. I will be getting replacement therapy soon. My question is has anyone else dealt with this and does it help at all with weight loss?

physical therapy
I've started physical therapy and I don't know how to add it as an exercise. For now it is very light movement of the legs doing four exercises and takes about 10 minutes. The exercises are called "Rapid Release for the Seated Worker" if that helps anyone recognize it.
