Due to physical and mental disabilities I have been more or less relegated to sitting at home, mostly at the computer, all day every day. I rarely get to go out even for some fresh air. Over the last few years I have gained about 150 pounds. Well, I'm tired of it and so I am now trying this program to help me lose some weight and hopefully feel better. Wish me luck!
