No cardio?
Is cardio necessary for weight loss? Obviously I know it's cals in vs cals out, but could you do strength training everyday (which builds muscle, which weighs more) and restrict calories and still see a loss on the scale with no cardio involved?

damage control - calorie count
I normally eat closer to my TDEE - approximately 2000 calories on the days I workout. This past week I have not worked out, and have eaten poorly due to being on vacation. Does fat matter all that much if you're within your calorie range and significantly under on sugar and carbs?
