Does fat matter all that much if you're within your calorie range and significantly under on sugar and carbs?

I'm always over in my fats and protein but the fats are good fats - whole eggs, nuts, avocado, olive oil etc. I'm taking a whole foods/organic approach. I still have full fat milk, yoghurt, cheese and butter but very little processed food and very little sugar outside of it's natural state and I'm losing weight. Staying away from low fat chemical heavy foods and toxic sugar substitutes is a safer way to lose and means that rather than being on a diet I'm on a healthy eating plan. Just my opinion of cause. GOOD LUCK.0
