Obstacle Course/Mud Runs

Do these seem like realistic goals
Just want to find out if people think these are realistic goals going forward. Currently I am not exercising at all. In3 months I want to be able to do 30 pushups, 30 situps and run 3KM In 6 months I want to have increased all my weights by 30 percent and run 5km In 12 months I want to hav increased all my weights by 50…

DDP Yoga
Just started this last night and couldn't believe how much it kicked my butt. I Burned almost 300 calories in under 30 minutes. Is anybody else doing this and how are you finding it.

Exercising at night then struggling to sleep
The only time I can exercise is at night after dinner etc due to family and work commitments. The issue with this after that obviously still got adrenaline endorphins etc still pumping. This makes it really difficult for me to sleep after. Has anyone else had these issues if so how did you get around it.
