Exercising at night then struggling to sleep

The only time I can exercise is at night after dinner etc due to family and work commitments. The issue with this after that obviously still got adrenaline endorphins etc still pumping. This makes it really difficult for me to sleep after. Has anyone else had these issues if so how did you get around it.

I have a similar problem, though probably a bit differently. Basically I lose too many electrolytes which results in restless legs, numb arms and other weird things.
What does your day look like? Timing? When do you get home from work, have dinner and go to bed?
Can you work out right after work and then have dinner, maybe with a banana right before for energy?
Can you speed up your cooking and work out right afterwards, then have a relaxing shower and do a few other relaxing things (no exciting tv) before going to bed?
Is there something that relaxes you? I know several people who drink coffee to actually calm down (yes, they are weird)0
