Shakeology 3 day Cleanse
I started the 3 day Cleanse this morning... Had the green tea and a shake already... My SW this morning is 185.5 My goal for the cleanse is NOT to actually lose a lot of weight, but more to flush out all of the crap I have built up in my body.

It's a new day!
So yeasterday I had a "I just wanna eat everything in sight kind of day" so I did! I logged it. And now it's a new day... Time to move forward! That is all!

UGG!! Why do I do this to myself???
I didnt NEED to stop for breakfast this morning... but I still did! UGG! I had Mcdonalds breakfast for almost 900 calories... for 1 meal! Guess I will be working out HARD CORE to earn calories for dinner! Ok... moving on with my day and not going to dwell on it!

WOO HOO!! NSV!
My once too tight work out pants that I wore to hang out in the house in (before MFP) are now TOO BIG!!! Like saggy baggy elephant to big! And my favorite pj bottoms that I JUST bought in January are falling off of me... the drawstring is actually needed now, it is not just there for looks anymore!

Popchips!!! I PUFFY HEART THEM!
I bought some popchips today! Found them at Target! LOVE THEM... They actually have "real" chip flavor! I love the BBQ ones (those are the only ones I have tried so far)

Working out so I can eat dinner
DD and I went out to lunch... and I over ate... tho not nearly as bad as I normally would have... So now I am working out so I can eat dinner... Normally when I work out I use those calories burned for dessert... Not today! Ohh well.. live and learn I guess

umm... Kinda embarassing but
So I am having some bathroom issues... Like I am not going enough... I eat a lot of fiber, though maybe not enough... I get this pain in my side, almost like a stitch (when you run or walk to fast or much) and i can "feel' gas bubbles. I am gassy but am not really "going" alot. Any suggestions? More fiber? Less? laxative?

Mini Goals!
