Keto vs low carb
Is under 50 grams of carbs per day considered ketogenic or low carb? Source of the carbs are from a banana (31 grams) and cottage cheese (10-15 grams) and other (10 grams). I’ve heard some say that a banana has what’s called slow carbs. Not sure about cottage cheese.

Heart rate monitor calories burned vs other
I have a garmin chest strap that I use with a Garmin monitor and other Garmin sensors on my bike to track cadence, speed and heart rate. I've hit a plateau
I've changed the way I eat and am exercising (cycling 12-14 mph 75-90 min) 3 days a week. My caloric intake is down to 1500 to 1900 cal/day with a cheat day Friday afternoon through Sat night.
