Hi there! I joined a couple of days ago and have started logging my food and exercise everyday. It really seems to help me keep focused on being healthier. I'm more aware of what I eat and when I eat it. I set a goal at the beginning of this year to lose 20 lbs. I have lost 10 but now need a swift kick in the butt to get the next 10 off by Jan 1. Good luck to everyone and I'll post my status as I try and reach my goals.
