5 lbs in two weeks ??
Hi everyone. I really want to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm going on Vacation in 2 weeks. I've been eating better & have stayed at 123. I just started doing jullians 30 day shred. I currently weigh 123 & I am 5'4. My goal before my vacation is 118. Any suggestions.

Sugar & Carbs are my enemies.
I have been incorporating a low calorie diet but for some reason by carbs & sugar intake are still extremely high ! Idk what to eat to lower my daily consumption of carbs & sugar !!! HELP !

Addicted to coffee !!
I have been trying to cut back on my sugar intake but I cant stop drinking coffee. I should try black coffee but it taste terrible. Any non sugar caffeine products that can help ???? IM STUCK .

What is a good substitute for salad ???
I have been on a diet for 2 weeks and i have only lost 2 lbs. I think its because i hate salad so i consume too many carbs.
