Calories from fiber supplement?
So I am doing 3 teaspoons of a powdered fiber supplement daily. I am really trying to get around 30 grams of fiber per day and that's all fine and dandy. My question is - Iog these in and they total 60 calories per day. Should I really be counting them as calories? Or should I just note them on the bottom and not have them…

When is it actually a plateau?
I am just curious about this. So many people post that they are in a plateau and it seems like it is just normal and not actually a plateau. I never thought that not losing one week or even two is necessarily a plateau. I've always thought maybe 3 weeks, but usually more of not losing weight and doing what should be right…
