Personal Training App?
Hi all, I've started going to the gym and want to add weight training to my routine. Trouble is I'm not familiar with them so I don't know how to set up a routine and I can't afford a personal trainer. Has anyone tried a personal training app? If so, which one? and how did it go? Thanks! jO

new to weight lifting... Help needed!
Hey y'all! I want to start building muscle by doing some strength training at the gym, but am unsure where to start. I can't afford a trainer. Do y'all know of any books and/or apps that would help me build a program. Think beginner..... very beginner! :D Thanks in advance for you help!

Getting sick.... just not hungry. Normal?
I've been coming down with a cold and I'm just not hungry. To be honest, the idea of sleep sounds much better than food. Consequently, I've been under 1200 daily. Is the appetite loss normal?

Thought I was choosing well. Might have blown it. Help!
I ordered a chopped salad (entree size). Took off the blue cheese and only put 1/2 of the dressing on. Didn't eat the bread. How bad did I blow it? Website says 400 calories. Quite frankly, it tasted to good to be that low. Could the calorie count be right? (crossing fingers! LOL!)

I graduated from C25K this morning!!
I have never thought of myself as a runner, but today I do! 3.16 miles in less than 40 minutes. I'm not breaking any world speed records, but I have beaten what I thought was my best. This has been a very empowering accomplishment! If I can do it, you can too!

How to keep pace when running
Good Morning all, I am doing the C25K program. It's been going very well until today. :grumble: Week 6, Day 2 kicked my butt. I actually went farther and had a slightly lower mph than I normally do, even though I couldn't get through the second 10 minute run. That's when I realized my pacing is the problem. Pacing Ideas?

Is this normal? water intake....
I've been working out and eating an appropriate number of calories. Pounds are coming off as they should but I have noticed I am thirsty ALL THE TIME! It doesn't seem to matter how much I drink, I can't get enough water. Is this normal and to be expected?
