I've been working out and eating an appropriate number of calories. Pounds are coming off as they should but I have noticed I am thirsty ALL THE TIME! It doesn't seem to matter how much I drink, I can't get enough water.
Is this normal and to be expected?

I've noticed as I started this journey that I drink constantly too. I'm not going to knock it. I drink four 20oz bottles a day which is 4 more bottles of water than I ever drank.0

Constant, unquenchable thirst can be a sign of diabetes. Might want to speak to your physician.0

If you are working out a lot, it's normal: you are sweating and you have to keep your body hydrated. I've almost drank 2 litres today and it's only half past 3 pm!0
