I'm currently doing Insanity and ate a little more than planned today. So after I do my workout should I eat a post workout meal/protein shake and go over my calories by a few hundred or skip the post workout meal all together?
I made it through week 3 of Insanity and then my house came down with fevers and crap. I was off for exactly one week. The scale and my measurements are the exact same as they were a week ago. Can I just pick up at week 4 or should I start all over?
