Insanity. Can I pick up where I left off or start over?

I made it through week 3 of Insanity and then my house came down with fevers and crap. I was off for exactly one week. The scale and my measurements are the exact same as they were a week ago. Can I just pick up at week 4 or should I start all over?

    I would say restart Week 3 just to see where your body is and how much you can handle.

    You could restart week 3 or just continue where you left off. One week won't be enough to lose your fitness. That being said, take it a bit easier the first few days. You might be a bit weaker as a result of your illness. No point in overdoing it immediately!

    In a recent interview Shaun said if you missed a few days, pick up where you left off, but if you missed a week, start over. Especially when you're only 3 weeks in. But, do what you feel like doing I guess :) good luck!
