My guess is you should be eating more. 300-500 more a day if you're EBF. I couldn't go under 1800 with my first or I wouldn't lose. Now with my second he's 16mo so not nursing as often but I still have to up my cals 200 ish a day especially if I'm exercising. You can enter in breastfeeding in your food and it will add the…

Banana Cookies 4bananas 2cups oats 1 scoop protein powder 1 cup blueberries Dash of cinnamon Optional 1T chia seed 6T flax Mash up bananas, add oats and protein, mix well, stir in blueberries, scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 10min With the chia and flax seed each cookie is 71cals

I'm nursing my almost 16mo old. Nows the time to lose when I can still eat a few extra calories. :-) Though he only nurses 4x a day. 2000cals a day is better than 1600

I like to make creamy avocado dressing. 1 Avocado 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2cup milk 3cloves garlic Fresh cilantro 1 juice from lemon Salt Pepper Sometimes I add a little greek yogurt Blend in blender. Depending on how thick you like it add more milk. Best dressing ever!

I like muscle milk protein. The smores is my favorite but cookies and cream, chocolate caramel pecan and cake batter are really good too.
