Count me in! I'm at 216 right now and can't wait to see Onederland! My highest non pregnancy weight was like 250. I started MFP around 230. Today I started week 2 of INSANITY. Hoping I'll get lots of weight and inches lost in 60 days. Add me! :-)

Eat more nuts, avocado, cheese, nut butters, cook your veggies in coconut oil instead of steaming.

Ive been constantly falling off the wagon and generally not putting forth as much effort as I should. You have truly just inspired me and lit a little fire under my butt. If not for me I want to do this for my son. AMAZING transformation. My jaw dropped at the pants picture. Great Job!

You can add it as a food or just manually up your calories. I usually eat between 1600-1900 and am steadily losing. 1600 is defiantly on the low end. Also depends on how old your nursling is. I find myself doing this a lot. Knowing that it's completely counterproductive. I'm trying to stick to tthings like a mani or new top instead of Wendy's or Starbucks. Two trips to Wendy's I can save that money and buy a new top or get my nails done. Groupon is my friend for that kind of thing when I don't have a lot of cash
