My rock bottom... trying to get out :(
Hello, It's been about a month since I've been on MFP. Many of my friends de-friended me for lack of logging in. Others kept me on. And for those, I thank you. I need to get some stuff out and I hope to find continued support on MFP while I try (again) to lose much weight. Some of my MFP friends know bits of what I've been…

Any David's Tea lovers out there?
... because I definitely am one! I stopped drinking it as much as I used to but want to get back into it. It often replaces a snack for me since some of them are so sweet! (and I looooooove the sweet ones.... especially Strawberry Rhubarb Parfait mmmmmmmmm)

What's so "new" about the New P90?
... Just wondering. I did P90X a couple of years ago (though, regrettably didn't finish). Is the X really for "Extreme", as in harder? I don't plan on going back on one of these programs (trying to make a lifestyle instead of depending on programs), but the recent posts about the "New" P90 have made me curious.

Depression, Debilitating Panic Attacks, and OCD
... I have them all (plus maybe a little bit of alcoholism). I am trying to deal with them. I have sought help and things have gotten better, but I have had a few relapse days recently. I am not sure what my purpose is in writing this post. I guess to see if there are any others of you out there?

Mio and other water sweeteners - good?
Mio makes them, so does Dasani, so does Kool-Aid I found out. They all say 0 calories and it helps me to drink water, as I am not a fan of just plain ol' water. Question: Does it still count as water intake if I use these? Anyone have any thoughts? Do you use them? Are they bad for us?

Need some motivating friends
... and I'll motivate you too! Looking at expanding my friend base so I'll have more reason to log on  Re-focusing on my goals, need to lose over 30 lbs. Trying to exercise (just joined a gym!). Anyone in the same boat?

I just joined a gym :)
... for the first time in a long time. Just had to share my little accomplishment

Carbs/fat/protein allotment to start off?
Can someone tell me what a good carbs/fat/protein allotment would be to start off? I am 5'11', 182 lbs, and I want to get to 149 lbs. I have mine currently set at 150 carbs / 40 fat / 60 protein... Thanks!

Not "starting over" but RE-FOCUSING
Okay... hello MFP (again). As I see all the "starting over" posts I can't help but think I'm just another one of those January hopefuls that inevitably stop trying. I'm not saying that others who are starting over will fail (in fact I KNOW they won't - let's all do this!! Wooo hooo!!). But, what I am saying, is that…
