Refer to the 2nd post thank-you for helping me <3 I didnt really work out, just added more walking my dog ect, ate better (but still endulge) and cut down on the sweet snacking all the time and im happy with the way i look and im healthy!

how many steps do you take per day?
I just started to use a pedometer, doctors say it increases your physical activity by 26% just from wearing it, and today i already feel like i want to exercise more. How many steps do you take a day??!

stength training
so today i did 30 foot to foot crunches 50 alternating curls abs 30 "push thrugs" 26 arm reaching crunches and when i go to enter it into stength training it doesnt take of cals, or the only thing i could enter into the cardio was the situps and i did more then that... Does it just not work or what? HELP please =)
