I didnt really work out, just added more walking my dog ect, ate better (but still endulge) and cut down on the sweet snacking all the time and im happy with the way i look and im healthy!

when i smoked = 110 pounds
a couple months after quiting 129 pounds
a few months of eating less snacks, because of quiting and taaddaa!!!! 113 pounds!

My FIL quit smoking years ago because of his heart and blood pressure, but he was so used to the social breaks he used to take, that he switched to snack breaks! he put on quite a gut, but has lost some of it.
