How late is too late?
Hi everyone, Today I burned about 850 cals in exercise and are pretty light as I did not prepare like I normally do. Sometimes I don't get home until 7 or 8, how late is too late to eat something?? What works for you? I see conflicting reports on this. Thanks and trying to drop 30

Fitbit Blaze & tracking cals from workout
Hi all, I'm using my Fitbit Blaze to track my workouts but I see the steps I walked on here only when I sync? Do I need to manually add cals it said I burned from working out with weights, or are those cals somehow synced on here already?? Help! Thanks
