Need help and friends

Hi all, about 7 years ago lost About 125. Now I've put back on 25 lb. now that I'm over 50 what worked before is not working for me now as far as diet and even exercise. I've just been cleared by my doctor to start working out again after 6 weeks off but I feel lost not only with the workout but all these new diets and Lifestyles that are out there I definitely could use some motivation too. Very confused

    Make small changes in your day to day and go from there. Go for a walk a few times a week, have a fruit or veggie snack over the sugary treats. You lost 125lbs a few years ago! That’s incredible!! You can absolutely lose those 25lbs. Feel free to send me a friend request. I post and log daily and love commenting and checking in on MFP friends :)
