Peachtree road race
Did anyone else here run the race?? Its a 10k through Atlanta, biggest in the world, about 55,000 racers! We got great weather and a lot of people cheering us on! I am really happy with my time- 64 min total. I am a runner and i love to race. Anyone else? Any funny stories? Comments?

burning yesterday's calories
Do you think that it is possible to attribute a certain amount of calories for tomorrows workout to the calories I overate today? Also, I would log that I exercised that amount of workout in today, not tomorrow Thanks
