Do you think that it is possible to attribute a certain amount of calories for tomorrows workout to the calories I overate today?

Also, I would log that I exercised that amount of workout in today, not tomorrow

Thanks

It evens itself out over the two days, so I would say log the eating and the exercise on the days they took place and call it good. Your body is going to process it in the same fashion, regardless of what you do to "tweak" your MFP logs.

I think ya just have to log everything on the day it happened...........

If you overate today, then work out more tomorrow to help even things out.

Check your numbers at the end of the week...... I bet your body will balance things out. :flowerforyou:

To a degree yes, you can do this. But it's not something you should count on. Different food digests at different rates, so while some of that will take longer for your body to process, not all of it will. So in short, yeah, you can make up for a bad day the next day, within reason, but it's not a great way to live every day, it's more of a fallback plan in case of one really bad day.
